The hotel is in an excellent location, very central to the main streets of Madrid. It is also surprisingly quiet as it is tucked away on one of the internal streets. The hotel provides all the expected amenities and rooms are comfortable.

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to all the attractions. You can easily walk to the tourist sites in the center of Madrid. there is a restaurant across the road that offers delicious food. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom is well-equipped with amenities. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service.
The air conditioning in the rooms doesn't work properly, making for an uncomfortable night's sleep.

The staff at this hotel were friendly and efficient. They were always available to help and made my stay very enjoyable. The rooms were quite big and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a key street nearby that had plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. Plus, the hotel was situated on a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful stay.
The air conditioning in the rooms didn't work properly. It was too hot and made it difficult to have a comfortable night's sleep.

This hotel offers incredible value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location, just off Gran Via in the city centre, is perfect for exploring Madrid. I loved staying on the 6th floor with its lovely view out of the window, and the comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep. The basic amenities were all there, and the breakfast included delicious Spanish pastries.
Noisy neighbors and thin walls can be disruptive.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, close to all the main attractions and easy to explore the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room, although small, was nicely updated and had everything we needed. The shower was great and provided a refreshing experience. The hotel was also within walking distance of Plaza Mayor, making it convenient for sightseeing.
